With the ongoing COVID 19 crisis in the world, we all are put up or ‘self quarantined’ as they say, at our respective homes. The stress and tension, the blaring news channels, with the negativity all around and an uncertain gloom, all we need to do is STAY HOME and STAY POSITIVE.
That is what many of us are sharing, because ‘WE GENUINELY CARE’.
As the lockdown is increased to 2 more weeks for now guided by the mantra “Jaan bhi, Jahan bhi”, this is a wonderful opportunity to explore one’s own strengths, passion and creativity. To delve deeper into ourselves, atleast for sometime daily, recreate those moments, that magic which we always wanted to. This time is truly for inner engineering, which will help us look at life more positively and importantly lead it stress free.
We all have our ways of coping with the quarantine, but some people are living out their isolation in productivity by making our timelines interesting. Viral sensations, Meme Makers are using comedy, music, relevant life hacks to make this time a little easier and making us laugh in these testing times by using all their creativity.
‘WHO AM I?’ Yes! This lockdown also gave us room to explore ourselves. The passion, the creativity, the enthusiasm, the zeal and the zest to do something, the urge to explore oneself by doing that which we wanted to do but haven’t done in ages. When we play with our kids, we see innocence and beauty, once that we also were until life made us experience its perils. Yet, Life is Beautiful, ain’t it?
Did you see videos and pictures of Mother Nature, fresh and vibrant from this much needed break? Pollution free roads, peacocks roaming in their own space which they had lost to humans? The cool breeze, the swaying of trees, the blooming of flowers? That is exactly what is happening with us too within the confined spaces. Yes, when, we delve deeper into ourselves during the quarantine, we shall surely let go of all the grudges, the negativity and breathe in positivity and enthusiasm.
Our nation also experienced the feeling of togetherness when we clapped for all the Corona Warriors who are endlessly working. We lit Diyas in our homes to bring positivity. Amidst all the negativity, the light of hope and positivity shines bright.
Try reaching for your old books, your old box which you haven’t opened for years, listen to your favourite music, cook a meal for yourself, dance to your favorite tunes, learn something new everyday or just relax and enjoy this ‘ME’ time, because once when you start working again, you will immerse yourself into the worldly matters, but now with a better perspective towards what we all live ‘LIFE’.
There is no age bar to start what you always wanted to. Time to truly explore, ‘Who am I?’
